Ajay Naik

CEO, founder and leader. He has a Business Management degree from the University of Mysore and has extensive experience in the areas of strategic management, service delivery and sales management.

Busani Hadebe

Entrusted with consulting and training for HP Enterprise technology services including servers, storage and networking. Further, he provides training on Microfocus software also. He has multiple vendor specific certifications that allows him to provide value to our customers and partners.

Irlene Reddy

Has been training and consulting in the Service Management field and the HPE technical field for over 14 years. She is passionate about the ITIL framework and is an ITIL Expert who boasts a wide area of knowledge in the assessment, re-engineering and implementation of processes and practices.

Himal Harilal

Is our training co-ordinator and I.T. guru – he has a background in the telecoms sector and is passionate about I.T. and customer service. He makes sure that Numerator delivers as per agreement

Patrick Bosch

Has been associated with HP/HPE for three decades and delivers courses in HPE technical subjects such as servers, storage and networking. He also instructs in disciplines such as Prince2 Project management, ITIL4, and associated business soft skills.

Mahesh Alva

Has been designing, implementing and providing consulting services on HPE servers, storage and management software solutions for the last 15 years. He also provides training services on various HPE and VMware technologies.

Our Facilitators

22ka is primarily a training organisation employing professional facilitators and trainers with
diverse skillsets. We are competent to successfully deliver multiple disciplines as required by our
customers. Although our primary focus is on training we leverage our familiarity and knowledge of
disciplines like ITIL and ISO to provide consulting services in project management, compliance
auditing and related areas.
